The Cognac vineyards : 365 days of discovery
The landscapes are multiple, valleys alternate with plains. One after the other, we discover bare vines, interlacing lianas, straight stakes, linear wires where only the vines emerge at the end of the winter. The first warmth welcomes the corolla leaves, soon to be bathed in June by the delicate perfume of the vine flower. The summer will see the torrents of grapes turn golden until the harvest. Then the reds, ochres and greens will adorn these expanses that the wind and rain will destroy in anticipation of a new beginning
Geometry, harmony and beauty are part of the attractions of our fabulous vineyard that our Charentais light transcends until the sunset.
Come and discover these fragile frescoes that the light shapes throughout the day.

Heritage and architecture …
Our town is a jewel with fascinating charms where multiple Cognacs ages co-exist:
– The “Medieval ” Cognac illustrated by the Maison de la Lieutenance with its half-timbering and numerous carved woods, the Saint Léger church , a jewel of Romanesque and flamboyant Gothic art, the Saint Jacques Towers and the Château François 1er in particular.
– The “Bourgeois” Cognac with the facades of its houses of Masters and private mansions of the 15th, 16th and 19th centuries but also of the 20th Art Nouveau. Don’t forget the public garden, a real green lung of 7 hectares, inherited from the 19th century.
– Industrial” Cognac, with elements from the BANHAUS era on the HENNESSY and MARTELL sites also the contemporary exterior facades of the PONT NEUF and VIGERIE sites, the NAUD and MONNET cellars in particular.
