🍽️ Host’s Table Pascal prepares a homemade, seasonal, and predominantly organic dinner, showcasing local producers. Served in the glass-enclosed veranda or on the terrace depending on the season, this convivial moment is an opportunity to enjoy simple, heartfelt, and delicious cuisine.

🥃 Exploring Cognac Crus – Tasting on the Terrace Discover Cognacs from winegrowers representing different crus during a guided tasting on the terrace. An authentic experience to deepen your understanding of Cognac’s aromatic richness and the diversity of its terroirs.

If you have any preferences or “I can’t eat…”

messages to pass on, we will adapt our menu! As far as drinks are concerned, apart from water, we offer you Charentais wine (IGP wine) for the most part, but also local beers from our favourite breweries.
